MIND will exhibit its new solution for the textile and apparel industry - MindCUT Automatic Cutting System for Patterned Fabrics.

Texprocess 2015 - International Fair of Textile Materials features the latest technological solutions in machinery, accessories and software for the industry. In Frankfurt, the sector will present innovations oriented sectors of the international garment production and textile processing.

MIND will demonstrate MindCUT Automatic Cutting System for Patterned Fabrics, a solution combining MindCUT Studio software with Zünd digital cutters, offering an ideal flexible cutting solution, and adapted to the specificities of the textile industry.

MindCUT Automatic Cutting System for Patterned Fabrics - based on a Zünd G3 M1600 cutting machine, with a carrier and 2 extensions – offers a complete solution, carried out in three main stages: fabric capture and marker matching, automatic cutting and parts pickup. The solution offers 2 capture systems, based on a linear digital camera or a SRL digital camera.

This turn-key automatic cut system, seamlessly integrated, highly reliable, guarantees an exceptional productivity for an increasingly demanding and large production markets.
